1. The drawing copy of every participant must contain the donor’s name, address and telephone number.
2. If more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first listed name will be considered as the entrant for this drawing
3. St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church of Delaware Valley is not responsible for any illegible or erroneous information written on the ticket by the donor.
4. The issuance of ticket will be closed two days prior to date of drawing, and any issuance of the ticket after the deadline will be considered invalid.
5. All the details of the issued tickets including the stubs and un-issued tickets must be returned on or before 2 days prior to the date of drawing.
6. The decisions taken by the Church Building committee will be final for any disputes in connection with this drawing and those decisions cannot be challenged in any court of law for this matter.
7. The Church Building Committee reserves the right to postpone this drawing, for any reason as determined by the church building committee.

Selection of the winner and the procedure for claiming the prize:

1. The winner of this drawing will be determined by a random drawing which will be held on July 1st 2007 at 5:30 PM. The drawing venue is St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church of Delaware Valley, 130 Grubb Rd, Malvern, PA 19355.
2. The Church Building Committee appointed by the Parish General Body will be responsible for conducting this drawing.
3. The first prize winner will receive a 2007 BMW 325i or equivalent 328 model. The second prize winner will receive a 42-inch plasma TV.
4. If the winner chooses to get more options or a different series of the said vehicle, he/she will be liable for the difference of the price agreed between St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church of Delaware Valley and the dealer.
5. The first prizewinner of this drawing will be liable for all the applicable tax, title, license and any other destination fees of the vehicle.
6. St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church of Delaware Valley has not and does not provide any tax advice or opinions regarding the taxability of the proceeds received from this raffle. It will be the winner’s sole responsibility to report this winning to the IRS. Further, the winner will understand that, if such winner wants such advice or opinion that he/she will need to consult with a CPA or other tax expert or preparer.
7. The winner understands that St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church of Delaware Valley will not be liable for any claims and/or liabilities associated with the car, and that the car will be taken from the dealership as is. Any other issues with the car, including but not limited to mechanical and warranty problems/issues, will need to be addressed with the dealer. Winner will not request that St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church of Delaware Valley investigate or pursue the possibility of such claims and/or liabilities and will hereby discharge St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church of Delaware Valley from any responsibility to do so.
8. Once the prize is awarded to the winner, the deal is final. This is applicable for the first, and second prize winners of the drawing.
9. The first prize winner will have the option to receive this prize as a cash option. The Cash option is valued at $25,000.00. Tax’s due to appropriate agencies will be the responsibility of the winner, if cash is opted.
10. If the winner is not present at the drawing, the Church Building Committee will notify the winner of the drawing either by phone or by mail. The winning numbers will be posted in the church website after the drawing.
11. The winner must present the original donor’s copy of the ticket with a valid proof of identification (Driver’s License or valid Passport) in order to claim the prize.
12. In the event of any dispute or controversy regarding the identification of the winner, the winner will be required to produce additional information as requested by the Church Building Committee.
13. If the winner of this drawing could not be contacted after reasonable attempts by the committee or the winner fails to claim the prize within 45 days of the drawing date, the prize will be considered forfeited and the cash equivalence will be reverted back to St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church of Delaware Valley church building fund.
14. All the net proceeds of this drawing will go towards St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church of Delaware Valley church building fund.
    
    If any participant has questions and/or concerns about the rules and regulations, they should bring those questions to the church building committee, prior to the drawing date, so that they may be addressed appropriately.
