Sunday School

"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6

Children’s Sunday school classes are available for children age 3 through graduate class (high school). We begin by singing songs and worshiping God. The children actively participate in this session and enjoy singing Sunday school songs, action Bible songs and a few Malayalam songs. After 20 minutes of the singing session, the children meet in their respective classrooms for individual lessons, discussion and activities.

The lessons are Bible based and Christ-centered, with each lesson presenting our need for a Savior and the good news of Jesus as our Savior. The class session includes the study of a Bible story and supporting activities. We have a talented set of highly qualified Sunday school teachers who are very knowledgeable, dedicated, and who have experienced Christ. Our syllabus will be the Mar Thoma Sunday school textbook.

Jesus said, "Let the children come to me" and in that spirit we welcome all children to participate in our Sunday school. Children are the future and there is no greater blessing than to teach them the love of Jesus Christ.

"All your children shall be taught by the Lord." Isaiah 54:13

Note: After Sunday school classes are done, students are requested to go into the sanctuary for the worship service that starts at 10:30 AM.
